Measuring 27.5 x 13.5 cm (10.83 x 5.31 in), it features 16 quenelle-shaped cavities in a 2 x 8 layout, each 45.5 x 25 x 12.5 mm (1.79 x 0.98 x 0.49 in) with an 8.5-gram capacity (17 g for double model). Made from BPA-free, food-grade polycarbonate, this double mold requires two molds, four clamps, and two centering pins for optimal use, ensuring a glossy finish and easy release.
