- Courier Shipments: 1-7 business days
- Oversized Items (freight carrier): Up to 10 business days
Estimated shipping time and cost are displayed at checkout for smaller items. During peak seasons, allow extra processing time. For urgent orders, contact us for expedited solutions.
Shipping Policy
Flat-Rate Shipping:
- Canada: $7.99 flat rate for orders over $100 CAD (after discounts and promotions, before taxes).
- Remote Areas: Additional charges apply for specific postal codes listed below.

Products Excluded from Flat-Rate Shipping:
- Machines, special orders, and oversized items are not eligible for flat-rate shipping.
- These items are subject to custom shipping rates based on weight, size, and destination.
- Additional charges will be discussed before order processing.
Order Processing:
- Orders placed by 5:00 PM MST will ship the next business day, Monday through Friday.
- Orders after 5:00 PM MST, on weekends, or on holidays ship the following business day.
Express Shipping:
- Orders placed by 1:00 PM MST are shipped the same day (excluding weekends and holidays).
Order Tracking:
- Once shipped, customers receive a notification email with a tracking number to follow their package in real-time.
Back-Ordered Items:
- If a product is back-ordered, our Customer Service Team will contact you to offer a replacement, adjust the order, or provide a full credit for the item.

Damaged, Missing, or Lost Items
We strive to ensure all orders arrive in perfect condition. If you encounter any issues, follow these steps:
Inspect Deliveries and Report Issues:
- Inspect packages upon receipt.
- Report any damages or missing items immediately.
- Take photos of damaged packaging and items if needed.
Lost Shipments:
- Contact us promptly if your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery date.
- We will assist in locating your shipment or processing a replacement if necessary.
Shipping Insurance (Declared Value):
- Orders include $100 coverage at no extra charge.
- For orders exceeding $100, consider purchasing additional insurance during checkout.
Common Carrier Shipments Guidelines:
- Keep the delivery receipt.
- Inspect the shipment before signing.
- Note any damage on the delivery receipt.
- Contact us within one business day if issues arise.
- Retain damaged packaging and take photos.
Failure to Note Damages:
- Compensation is not guaranteed if damage is not reported on the proof of delivery.
Refused or Unclaimed Shipments:
- Shipping costs plus a 15% restocking fee apply.
Incorrect Address Returns:
- Re-shipping costs apply for incorrect addresses.
- Declined re-shipments incur a 15% restocking fee plus original shipping charges.
Special/Bulk Orders:
- Prepaid and non-returnable.
