Foricher Les Moulins is a French milling company producing high-quality flour from 100% French wheat. The Bagatelle® Label Rouge range represents certified superior quality under France’s official Label Rouge designation.

These flours are designed for professional baking performance, fermentation control, structure, and flavor development.

  • T65 — Ideal for baguettes and artisan bread. Comparable to Italian Tipo 0 bread flour.
  • T45 — Perfect for croissants, viennoiserie, and laminated dough. Similar to Tipo 00 pastry flour.

  • T130 Rye — Higher extraction rye for traditional breads.
